Jim Ross Share an update on his difficult health journey.
The WWE renowned temple revealed that it received a diagnosis of colon cancer and gave an overview of its next treatment.
“Surgery planned during the week or the next two weeks,” wrote the professional fighting commentator on May 15. “I appreciate your concern and your support.”
The announcement marks the second time that the 73 -year -old man – who left his WWE announcement concert in 2019, when he joined AEW (All Elite Wrestling) as a announcement – has fought against cancer in recent years. In October 2021, he shared his diagnosis of skin cancer.
“Skin cancer has confirmed,” he wrote on X at the time. “Pending a radiologist study to determine the best treatment. Probable radiation. Feel good and ready to attack.”
Two months later, Jim, often called WWE fans like “Good Ol ‘Jr”, shared that he was “without cancer” and would return to his role as aew television advertiser. He also expressed his gratitude for the president of the AEW Tony Khan‘s support throughout its recovery process.
