NEW YORK (AP) – The woman who was able to sneak in a New York flight in Paris without a boarding pass at the end of last year was able to get on the plane in Germing on a group of passengers in tickets while they were going beyond the door agents, show new video surveillance emissions.
The video, provided by the port authority of New York and New Jersey to the Associated Press Wednesday after a request for files, shows Svetlana Dali By sliding by two door agents who checked the shipping of boarding and walking on an arabridge with a group of other passengers.
Dali pleaded not guilty to a state -of -the -art accusation on the incident last November. His trial is expected to start next month, but the prosecutors and his lawyer said they were trying to work for a plea agreement. His lawyer did not make voicemail asking for comments on Wednesday.

From there, Dali entered a Delta Air Lines flight to Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. The surveillance video shows Dali at the door – with a gray hood covering his head, carrying what seems to be a draped bag on his left arm and a oversized backpack on his shoulders – joining a group of boarding passengers and sliding the two Delta employees who checked tickets.
Staff members did not seem to notice Dali when she passed and joined a group of ticket passengers who were allowed to board the plane.
Delta crew members realized that Dali was an unauthorized passenger while the plane was in the air and informed the French authorities, who owned it before entering customs, according to court documents.
She was finally returned to New York and admitted to the authorities that she had mounted on the plane without a ticket and that she intentionally escaped the security and the Delta employees so that she could avoid buying a ticket, said the judicial archives.
Dali was Initially released After his arrest with electrical monitoring, but was then arrested in Buffalo, New York, after cutting the instructor and tried to enter Canada.
She is held in a federal locking in Brooklyn, according to the files.
