Dr. Sumit Kapadia, vascular surgeon and specialist in veins, shared in its June 21 after 6 subtle but important signs that your body can give you when your intestinal health is in difficulty and why you should not ignore them.
1. Bloating or constant gas
If your stomach looks like a ball after meals, it is not “normal”. It is a red flag that your intestine is struggling to effectively decompose food.
2. Skin evactions (even in the thirties)
Acne, rashes or eczema can often be traced to internal inflammation caused by the poor intestinal bacteria balance.
3. Brain fog or bad concentration
Over 90% of your serotonin (well-being hormone) is produced in your intestine. If your mind is cloudy or not focused, your intestine could be the missing link.
4. irregular saddle
Diarrhea, constipationOr unpredictable toilet routines? Your intestine literally tells you that something is off.
5. Sugar rolls or energy falls
Fancy sugar all the time or crash at 3 p.m.? An unbalanced intestine can spoil your blood sugar and hunger signals.
6. Always tired, no matter how much you sleep
A damaged intestine affects the absorption of nutrients. So, even if you eat well, your body may not get what it needs.
“The truth is that intestine problems do not always cry. Sometimes they whisper through mood swings, dull skin or slow brain, “said Dr. Sumit.
