Washington (AP) – The son of a pattern of the Mexican cartel was sentenced to life in prison for his own leadership role in one of the country’s most important and violent drug trafficking organizations.
Ruben Oseguera, known as El Menchito, is the son of Fugitive Jalisco New Generation Cartel Boss Nemesio Oseguera. The son was the second commander of the CJNG cartel before his extradition for the United States in February 2020.
