Christopher Schwarzenegger looks and feels better than ever.
Arnold Schwarzenegger and the youngest son of Maria Shriver spoke for the first time on her weight loss journey at the Happy & Healthy Summit summit in Los Angeles in Los Angeles.
“It was a big process,” said Schwarzenegger, 27, according to people, during the panel who also presented his mother and Kelly Osbourne.
“I started in 2019 when I lived in Australia. I was in a big journey. I made it a big (business) like: “Oh, I’m going to go out and do all that, to be in Australia”, and I just saw how my weight forbids me to do the daily activities. “

The 27 -year -old admitted that he had “tried everything” to lose weight from high school.
“I was doing things on the delivery of meals in high school, and I remember feeling like a weird when I brought strange lunches to school,” he recalls. “It is not something overnight, but it took a lot of tests and errors.”

Christopher also revealed that he had lost 30 pounds just by eliminating the bread from his diet.

Christopher shocked fans with his weight loss transformation when he released in Los Angeles during the Easter weekend last month.
He showed his shape in shape in a long navy blue sleeve shirt, khaki pants and white sneakers. Christopher also held a Chick-Fil-A cup in hand.
Christopher was joined by his older brother, the star of “The White Lotus”, Patrick Schwarzenegger. Patrick’s fiancée, Abby Champion, was also there.
