Sacramento Kings star Derozan was involved in a violent break in a sushi restaurant in California on Friday evening, which is now under police investigation.
TMZ Sports has published spectacular images from Derozan, an all-star of the NBA six times, in a furious altercation with a man who would have triggered the fray by pushing a bright phone light in his face with the Calabasas Spot Yume Sushi.
The video initially shows the safety of restaurants trying to remove the small towards the front of the man in question, who defends himself while lying on the ground with his legs in the air.
He ends up returning to his feet and desperately tries to recover his phone, which was taken by a woman in a gray combination that seems to be with Demar.
After the basketball player turned to him, the unidentified male can be understood to tell him that he is a “big fan” in order to defuse the situation. “You are my hero,” he said.
The images end with the woman who blocked him to go to Derozan in another section of the restaurant, although the situation would have persisted after the end of the video.
Police are now investigating the incident, which took place around 10:30 p.m.
An eyewitness alleys that the man first pushed a phone with a brilliant light on the face of Derozan, before the latter launched it with his hand.
