A business owner of the National Chinese National and C3 was killed in the shopping center car park and relieved of $ 230,000 and his vehicle on the night of March 8.
Police said Shi Yyan, who lives at the Roman, went to his Toyota Hiace Blanche in the shopping center car park when he was approached by two men who announced a flight.
