The overwhelming report of the IAEA states the secret nuclear activities of the anterior Iran; PM: Stop Iran now

Vienna – Iran has carried out secret nuclear activities with unconcluded materials to the UN nuclear guard dog in three places that have long been the subject of a survey, the guard dog said in a large confidential and confidential report to the Member States seen by Reuters.

The conclusions of the “complete” report of the International Atomic Energy Agency, requested by the Governors’ Council of 35 countries in November, pave the way to the push of the United States, Great Britain, France and Germany so that the Council declares Iran in violation of its non-proliferation obligations.

A resolution would exasperate Iran and could further complicate nuclear talks between Tehran and Washington.

Using the conclusions of the IAEA report, the four Western powers plan to submit a draft resolution to the board of directors to adopt at its next meeting last week, according to diplomats. It would be the first time in almost 20 years that Iran has been officially found in non-compliance.

Tehran, who openly seeks the destruction of Israel, says that she wants to master nuclear technology for peaceful purposes and has long denied the accusations of Western powers that she seeks to develop nuclear weapons. But that has enriched growing quantities of uranium at levels that can only be used for nuclear weapons.

Although many conclusions concern activities dating from decades and have been done before, the conclusions of the AIAA report were more final. He has summarized developments in recent years and has indicated more clearly to coordinated secret activities, some of which were relevant to produce nuclear weapons.

He also indicated that Iran’s cooperation with IAEA continues to be “less than satisfactory” in “a certain number of respect”. The IAEA is still looking for explanations for the traces of uranium found years ago in two of the four sites it inquired. Three secret experiences accommodated, she found.

The IAEA concluded that “these three locations and other possible linked locations were part of a structured nuclear program not declared led by Iran until the early 2000s” and that “certain activities used unconcluded nuclear materials”, indicates the report.

The nuclear materials and / or the highly contaminated equipment of this program were stored on the fourth site, Turquzabad, between 2009 and 2018, he said.

The Turquzabad site became publicly known in 2018 after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu revealed to the United Nations and described it as a clandestine nuclear warehouse hidden in a carpet cleaning plant.

Iran denied this, but in 2019, IEA inspectors detected the presence of uranium particles of human origin.

“The agency concludes that Iran has not declared nuclear activities and nuclear activities in three unsuccessful locations in Iran, in particular, Lavisan-Sian, Varamin and Turquzabad,” said the report.

In Lavisan-Shian in Tehran, a uranium metal disc was “used in the production of explosively focused neutron sources” at least twice in 2003, a process designed to initiate the explosion in a nuclear weapon, according to the report, adding that it was part of the “small” tests.

The report is likely to lead to Iran which referred to the United Nations Security Council, although this probably happens at a subsequent meeting of the AIEA board of directors, diplomats said.

More immediately, it is likely to lead Iran again to accelerate or expand its rapid progress program, as it did after the previous reprimands on the board of directors. He could also further complicate talks with the United States aimed at Reining in this program.

Enough for nine bombs

A separate report of the AIAA sent to the Member States on Saturday said that the Iranian uranium stock enriched up to 60% of purity, almost 90% of weapons, had increased by about half to 408.6 kg. This is enough, if it is more enriched, for nine nuclear weapons, according to an IAEA criterion.

According to the guard dog, about 42 kilograms of uranium enriched 60% enriched are theoretically enough to produce an atomic bomb, if it is 90% enriched.

The AIEA report has raised a severe warning, claiming that Iran is now “the only non -nuclear state to produce such material” – what the agency said was “serious concern”.

There was no immediate commentary by Tehran on the new IAEA report.

Netanyahu: Act now

In a rare declaration on a Saturday, the Jewish Sabbath, the Netanyahu office, said that the report showed that Iran’s nuclear program was not peaceful and that Tehran was determined to complete its nuclear weapons plans.

“The international community must act now to stop Iran,” said Netanyahu’s office in a press release, adding that the level of enrichment of uranium that Iran has reached “only exists in countries actively pursuing nuclear weapons and has no civil justification.”

Iran has maintained that its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes only, but the head of the IAEA, Rafael Mariano Grossi, previously warned that Tehran has sufficiently enriched with uranium at quasi levels to make “several” nuclear bombs if it does.

Rafael Mariano Grossi, the director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, is talking to journalists who attend a one -week seminar at the Vienna, Austria agency, May 28, 2025.

Iranian officials have increasingly suggested that Tehran could continue an atomic bomb.

The American intelligence agencies evaluate that Iran has not yet seriously started a program of arms, but “undertook activities which position it better to produce a nuclear device, if it chooses it”.

Call for Iranian Cooperation

Grossi said on Saturday that he “reiterates his urgent call for Iran to cooperate fully and effectively” with the IEA survey in the traces of Uranium discovered on several sites in Iran.

In the report on Saturday, the IAEA SAOD that the “lack of responses and clarifications provided by Iran” led the agency to conclude that the secret locations and other possible related locations were part of a structured nuclear program not declared not declared by Iran until the early 2000s and that “certain activities used undeclared nuclear matters”.

He specifically noted the lack of progress of Tehran in the explanation of nuclear materials found on unconvolled sites.

“In particular, Iran has not responded several times or has not provided technically credible answers to the agency’s questions and disinfected the locations as indicated in this report, which has hampered the agency’s verification activities.”

US President Donald Trump said that he had told Netanyahu to hold a potential strike on Iranian nuclear sites to give the US administration more time to put pressure on a new agreement with Tehran.

The American president said on Friday that he still thought that an agreement could be concluded in the “not too distant future”.

“They don’t want to be exploded. They prefer to conclude an agreement,” said Trump about Iran. He added: “It would be a great thing that we could have an agreement without the bombs being abandoned throughout the Middle East.”

Thursday, senior Iranian officials rejected speculations on an imminent nuclear agreement with the United States, stressing that any agreement must fully release the sanctions and allow the country’s nuclear program to continue.

Iran, which seeks to say the destruction of Israel, has always denied seeking to acquire nuclear weapons. However, it has enriched uranium at levels that have no peaceful demand, obstructed international inspectors to check its nuclear facilities and extended its capacity for ballistic missiles, and its officials have warned more and more that they could continue the bomb.

According to IEA, Iran is the only country in the world which enriches up to 60% uranium, a level that has no civil use. This rate is still just below the 90% threshold required for a nuclear weapon, but well above the limit of 3.67% set under a 2015 agreement with the global powers.
