For the first time in three years, Ohio State has completed a sequence of three consecutive victories in January. Perhaps even more impressive, two of the victories occurred on the road.
The Buckeyes (13-8, 5-5 Big Ten) led by a large part of the path to Penn State (13-9, 3-8) on the way to a victory of 83-64, bringing their conference record to 0.500 with consecutive victories on the No. 11 Purdue, Iowa and Nittany Lions.

The Ohio State smoked Le Penn State solid size on the glass, exceeding Nittany Lions 41-23. Thirteen of them were offensive boards with buckeyes with a huge advantage from 18-4 to points in the second chance.
First -year goalkeeper John Mobley Jr. continues to emerge as one of the best weapons in Ohio State, accumulating a 19 -point top. The leader of the stars Bruce Thornton followed with 17 while Devin Royal added 15. Mobley added eight assists.
Stronger Yanic Konan Niederhauser paved the way for Penn State’s defeat with 21 points.
First semester
The Ohio State exceeded the Penn State in the first half, deprecating the Nittany Lions 23-12. The first contributions from Buckeyes stars propelled them to an early advance.
Mobley and Thornton each have triple before the second period of the media in the competition while Mobley added a float and royal collected four points around the edge. Sean Stewart overturned a lay-up and the Ohio State was reduced at the start of 18-11.
A large part of the earnings of buckeyes were made on the defensive side of speech, however, a tendency holding their performance in the second half against Purdue and full match performances against Iowa. Penn State made only six of his first 15 shots for only 14 points at the 11 -minute opening of the match.
Mobley collected his second triple in the first half and pushed the advance at 23-14 Ohio State. The Nittany Lions overturned it at 23-19, but a basic rider from Parrish and a 3-pointer pointer made the edge of Edge new again at 32-23.
From there, the Buckeyes worked to extend the advance at halftime. Mobley sank a circus three and spilled two technical free throws, Royal crossed consecutive buckets on strong competitions to make a 15 -point ball game. Penn State responded with a Baldwin 3 and a Dunk Tomahawk, but the edge remained 43-33 Ohio State entering the locker room.

Zach Hicks came out by pulling and nailed two triple to quickly reduce the Penn State deficit to 45-39, but the answer quickly came from Ohio State on a Dunk Royal and a mid-range jumper from Ques Glover. More second chance points gracked with a Stewart Tip-in resumed the two-digit advance at 52-42 entering the media first.
Another set of second chance points, this time, a putback slam by the Ivan Njegovan center, kept his head two -digit after striker Nick Kern gathered five consecutive points for the Lions of Nittany.
A triple high-end by Thornton off four crisp passes was followed by a second pointer 3 points from the left corner and Ohio State extended his advance at 15, then two free throws from Njegovan made 67- 50 with 9:28 Play.
When Thornton struck one of his 3 points of signing steam three minutes later, the match felt almost 74-56. A Mobley Make made the head 20 to make a good measure, and the Ohio State held a 19 -point victory from there.

The Ohio State finishes its two game road trips on Sunday with its most difficult regular season match this year at No. 18 Illinois. The tip is at 1 p.m. on CBS.

Aaron Bradshaw has remained in more difficult in difficulty almost the whole match for Ohio State, collecting four faults during his first seven minutes of action and finally incurred. Bradshaw and Sean Stewart hid badly in just 13 minutes of action.
