The Newsmax conservative cable press channel increases a day after its amazing beginnings

(Reuters) – Newsmax conservative news shares climbed more than 60% on Tuesday, extending their gains in view of the eyes one day after a stellar start to the New York Stock Exchange.

The action was negotiated at $ 135, compared to the $ 10 stock exchange price, assessing the network of new cables at $ 16.3 billion.

Newsmax’s actions closed with a gain of more than eight years at $ 83.51 on Monday, partly supported by retail interest. The stock has remained the best ticker on social networks focused on retail investors.

The cable press operator, who raised $ 75 million in his “mini IPO” last week, seeks to extend his scope after President Donald Trump’s return to the White House earlier this year.

“This is probably an ideal moment for the launch of Newsmax, simply due to all the volatility of the political arena currently,” said Peter Andersen, founder of Andersen Capital Management.

“It was a demonstration that there are more conservative investors than the market had probably planned it,” he said.

Actions such as the Rumble and Trump Media & Technology Group video sharing platform gathered with a view to last year’s presidential election when the investors obtained Trump’s victory.

About $ 147 million in Newsmax shares changed hands at the start of negotiations, exceeding that of JPMorgan.

Founded in 1998 by Christopher Ruddy, Newsmax began as a digital brand and launched its cable information channel in 2014. It also broadcasts free on platforms such as its Newsmax and YouTube application.

A rebound expected on the US stock market IPO was tempered by the uncertainty caused by Trump’s pricing policy and the fears of a prolonged trade war.
