The new church leaders announced during the general conference of April 2025

Salt Lake City-A new member of the presidency of seventies, 16 new 1970s and a new general presidency of young men was announced by President Dallin H. OAKS during the opening session of the 195th annual general conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Holy Last day.

The press release indicates that the general authority of the 1970s full time for the church. They are generally released during the year they are 70 years old and have emeritus status.

The new members of the general presidency of new men are:

• President Timothy L. Farnes
• Brother David J. Wunderli, first advisor
• Brother Sean R. Dixon, second advisor

The new members of the presidency will start the service on August 1, 2025.
