The star of Indiana Fever, Sophie Cunningham, was at the reception of a brutal treatment by the mystics of Washington in the first pre-season match of her WNBA season.
The fever played without the star of Caitlin Clark, who was absent due to a minor injury which was described as “a little waterproof” in his left leg.
It was therefore Cunningham who paved the way for Indiana. However, she did not do it without a little bruising.
In the second quarter, Cunningham fought for a rebound with the recruit of Kiki Iriafen Mystics.
Iriafen had her arm rolled around the chest of Cunningham, then threw it on the ground while the ball was moving away from them.
Cameras have surprised Cunningham to get up and bark to Iriafen: “You don’t make the mother.

Cunningham had the last laugh, leading fever with 21 points in their prolongation victory
Iriafen, a recruit from the USC, was struck by a blatant fault for its indiscretion.
It was not the only time Cunningham hit the bridge following the assault and competitiveness of a Washington player.
It was also pushed to the ground by the guardian of mystics Brittney Sykes. This time, it was the teammate of Cunningham, Dewanna Bonner, who defended him – shouting to the opponent for the fault.
At the end of the match, Cunningham had the last laugh.
Despite the release of the bench, she pulled an impressive 6 for 11 on the field and scored a summit of 21 points alongside eight rebounds and two assists in a 79-74 victory in overtime.
Sykes led Washington with 18 points and three rebounds. Iriafen only played 16 minutes and scored seven points.
