Airbnb has announced a major overhaul of its application, expanding its offers far beyond the rentals of private houses to include new Airbnb services alongside the airbnb experiences of the company. And you don’t have to book a stay to use the new offers.
Currently, these new services cover ten categories, including personal leaders, catering, massages, personal coaches and spa treatments. The company says that its service providers “are controlled by quality thanks to an assessment of expertise and reputation” and that they “have an average of 10 years of experience, have completed the Airbnb identity verification process and are required to submit relevant licenses and certifications.” The services vary in cost, with certain entry -level offers at a price of less than $ 50, depending on the company, and they can be used without reserving an Airbnb stay.
With regard to the recestle of the application, Airbnb says that it has added a new Explorer tab home page which offers recommendations for houses, experiences and services in specific destinations, a trips tab to configure your route and a platform for redesigned messages with photo and video sharing. The Airbnb host is also reworked, the said company – which includes a new reservations management tab with details on upcoming reservations, a calendar updated with daily views and time calendar and new managing tools for the list.
