The navy draws the admiral after investigation

The navy’s counter-admiral Kevin Smith was dismissed as an executive director of the unmanned ship program and small ships “due to a loss of confidence on the basis of a complaint supported by a naval inspector general office in investigation,” service officials announced on Tuesday.
