A Texas Mother was arrested and her little daughter was taken from what she is now called a case of “medical kidnapping”.
Alandria Seabron, 29, was charged last month for injury to a child suffering from imprudent bodies, CBS News reports.
But she and her husband, Quentin, say that all this is a medical misunderstanding – insisting that their daughter, Jirah, simply has a genetic condition that makes her have brittle bones.
They explained how Jirah had trouble hanging on his chest and gaining weight, even if Alandria produced a lot of milk.
The couple finally asked for expert advice, and Alandria reduced breastfeeding and used a locking device.
However, when she went to feed her little daughter on the night of November 15, 2024 when she and her husband looked at a Boxing match between Mike Tyson and Jake PaulAlandria said her milk was starting to overflow – and she moved her baby away.
When the couple then went to change the baby’s soaked clothes, they noticed that their arm was soft – and precipitated it on the health of children in Dallas, where the radiographs revealed that Jirah had a broken arm.
“In my head, I thought it was probably a listened arm,” says Quentin.

“So they took her to the X -ray room and radiographic and the guy, he said she had a broken arm.
“And like any mother and father, we were surprised by that because how does he devil my child have a broken arm?”
Because they were unable to explain the injury, they said, the hospital staff contacted the child protection services.
They said that the child also had 16 internal fractures – which his parents did not know.
But parents said they were also concerned about tests showing that it had low levels of vitamin D, an increase in alkaline phosphatase and abnormally high parathyroid hormones.
At this stage, Alandria said she had decided to look for the symptoms on Google – and discovered that they were in conformity with the Ricottes.
The condition causes weakened bones and is more common in children with dark skin tones and family history of the disease.

However, Mansfield police arrested Alandria just before Thanksgiving and the couple temporarily lost care of their daughter.
The couple then hired the lawyer Shelly Troberman-Miller, who became a specialist in cases of medical removal.
Together, they examined the possibility that Jirah could have a rachitism and discovered that his first tests showed signs of bone health problems.
“The initial laboratories were so clearly indicative of a child who had a problem with bone health, that it should not have been ignored,” said Troberman-Miller.
They also discovered that Quentin’s family had history of illness.
A judge finally returned the child to his parents at the end of March.

However, the prosecutors pursued an indictment against the mother, and an indictment of the Grand Jury said that Alandria had caused her daughter’s injury in “ striking, twisting or pulling the arm of a young child ”.
A strongly canceled arrest warrant obtained by CBS News also described the incident as implying “grasping and drawing with sufficient force to cause the fracture”.
Alandria is expected to make her first appearance in court next month.
Meanwhile, a children’s health spokesperson has declared to the point of sale that his “absolute priority was the health and well-being of all our patients.
“Due to patient confidentiality problems, we do not discuss the condition of individual patients.”
Child protection services also refused to comment, citing confidentiality, but noted that he complies with all orders in the court.
