The mother of Cassie Ventura, a former assistant and a male escort named “The Punisher” testify in the case of sexual trafficking

The trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs continued on Tuesday before the Federal Court of Manhattan, with more witnesses – including his former personal assistant, a male escort called “The Punisher” and Regina Ventura, the mother of her former girlfriend Cassie Ventura – testifying against him in the case of sexual traffic.

Federal prosecutors claim that for decades, the combs have abused, threatened and forced women to participate in marathon sexual meetings called “Freak Offs” and used its commercial empire, as well as firearms, kidnappings and criminal fires, to hide its crimes. The 55-year-old hip-hop magnate was accused of sex trafficking, racket conspiracy and transport to engage in prostitution.

David James, combination assistant from 2007 to 2009, returned to the witnesses stand for a second day of testimony. James told court that he stored hotel rooms with articles for comb before arrival. They included a Louis Vuitton bag containing bottles of 25 to 30 pills, drugs such as Ecstasy and Percocet, baby oil, lubricant, condoms and $ 10,000 in cash.

James also testified on an incident during which he was ordered to drive combs and a security guard at 4 am at the Mel dinner in Los Angeles seeking to face the producer of rival records Marion “Suge” Knight, who had been spotted there. Combs was on the back seat with three handguns on his lap, said James. Knight had left when they arrived at the restaurant.

The incident encouraged James to note that he was planning to leave.

“I was really shaken by that,” said James. “It was the first time as an assistant that I realized that my life was in danger.”

Under the defense cross-examination, James was asked if he had considered his trip with Banbs Business or Personal. James said there was a “fine line” between the two because the personal life and the professional life of Combs were so intertwined. Gannon said that between 80 and 90 law enforcement agents participated in the excavation of the 20,000 square feet residence on Star Island, an 86.5 -acre island accessible by a single bridge.
