The Minister of the Union, Rajeev Chandrasekhar, allegedly alleged the Kerala under the chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan had shown tolerance for radical elements and radicalization.
The Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technologies, Chandrasekhar, struck the CM who criticized BJP one day ago on his publications on social networks criticizing Vijayan on explosions during A religious gathering in KalamaSery near here.
Finding the positions of the BJP leader in the context of his community position, Vijayan, without naming Chandrasekhar, sought to find out on the basis of the information that the Minister of Union made such remarks against him and how a person occupying a responsible position could make such declarations while the investigation continued.
Vijayan, during a brief press meeting held at the secretariat complex in Thiruvanthapuram, had alleged that the declarations of the BJP chief were a reflection of an absolute community perspective.
Responding to CM remarks, Chandrasekhar said he had not mentioned any community in his article on the social media platform X.
“I had talked about Hamas and it was almost as if the CM was trying to assimilate Hamas to the larger Muslim sisters of our state and our country,” he argued.
Chandrasekhar, Sunday after the reports of the explosions were released, had published on X – “The appeasement policy out of dirty by a discredited CM (and HM) @pinarayivijayan besieged by accusations of corruption.
“Sweater in Delhi and protest against Israel, when in Kerala, the calls opened by the terrorist of Hamas for jihad provoke attacks and explosions of bombs against innocent Christians.”
The Minister of the Union said that his post was “in the context of the head of Hamas, without intervention by the government or the Kerala police, to address a large gathering of young people and to encourage them with radicalism” .
“What I said, what I have always said and what our party has always said is that by virtue of the chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan, the Kerala has more and more tolerance to the tolerance radical elements and radicalization, “said Chandrasekhar.
He also alleged that the congress and the left in Kerala had history of appeasement of radical elements in the state.
The MOS Union said that the two have closed their eyes to growing radicalism in the state of southern.
The explosions took place in a KalamaSsey congress center near Kochi which organized a prayer meeting for Jehovah’s Witnesses – a Christian religious group from the United States in the 19th century – Sunday.
Initially, a woman had died and 60 injured, including six in a critical way, in the explosions.
Subsequently, one of the six critically injured – a 53 -year -old woman – died of her injuries.
Monday morning, the number of deaths went to three with the death of a 12 -year -old girl who had suffered 95% burns in the incident.
