A public service worker in Louisiana was struck by an 18 -wheeler and left hanging on the road as he repaired a hitchhiking on an animated intersection while his colleague rushed to save him from a serious injury.
Frightening images filmed by a driver waiting for a red light captured the chaotic incident playing in front of motorists shocked on Wednesday afternoon in the city of Denham Springs, Louisiana, 18 miles east of red stick.
The vehicles began to turn off the exit ramp I-12 and on avenue Range, where the public service team was carrying out maintenance work on the traffic lights above the right track.

Raiford said he didn’t know how the big rig would have made this turn without hitting the bucket truck or a post on the other side of the road.
The worker suffered minor injuries but was not taken to hospital, Denham police said at the point of sale.
The semi-camon driver stopped after the accident, telling the officials that he did not know how low the bucket was low above the street.

The Department of Transport and Development of Louisiana has resumed the investigation because the traffic light is managed by the State.
