Kejriwal in police custody for 6 days
Friday, a court referred the chief minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal, in the custody of the management of the law application until March 28 “for his detailed and supported interrogation” concerning his role in the presumed scam of Delhi’s excise policy.
The court observed that the guardian interrogation was required to “find the remaining product of crime” and “confront it with the data extracted from digital devices and materials seized during the investigation”.
The Delhi court referred Kejriwal in police custody for six days after the agency has pressed his childcare interrogation for 10 days while accusing chief AAP of being “involved in the entire conspiracy of the scam of the Delhi alcohol, writing and implementing policy, to promote and benefit the consideration for the counterpart and finally use part of the crime product generated by the offense provided for during the electoral campaign for the election of the Goa assembly ”.
