In an audience sketch, Sean “Diddy” Combs looks at a prosecutor questions “Jane” during the rapper’s sexual traffic trial.

The judge presiding over Sean “Diddy” Comming Criminal trial threatened to ban the jaunting music magnate from the courtroom to nod and face the members of the jury.

Judge Arun Subramanian qualified his actions as “absolutely unacceptable”. The lawyers of Mr. Combs assured the judge that this would not happen again.

Subramanian judge said that Mr. Combross vigorously headed “during the question of the Bryana Bongolan cross, a friend of the ex-girlfriend of Mr. Combras, Cassie Ventura, who accused the rapper of the rapper of the rapper of the rapper of the rapper of the rapper of the rapper of the rapper of holding her on a balcony.

Mr. Combs pleaded not guilty All costsIncluding sex trafficking and a racketeering plot.

A new witness takes the position

The court also heard a woman using the pseudonym “Jane”, who dated Mr. Combs between 2021 and his arrest in 2024.

Jane described the first months of her relationship with Mr. Combross as an exciting whirlwind; She said he had taken her traveling to Miami, and another to the Turks and Caicos and the Bahamas. The rapper took her to high -end restaurants and she described herself as a “head on heels” for him.

But she testified that Mr. Combs had quickly asked her to participate in what the prosecutors called “hotel nights”, when Mr. Combs hired an escort to watch Jane engaged in sexual acts with another man. The first meeting in May 2021 took place in Miami, and she thought it would be a unique experience.

“That night opened a pandora box in our relationship,” Jane told court. “It was a door that I could not close for the rest of the relationship. There was so much after, and it was too much.”

Jane testified that she had accompanied additional meetings because “I really liked her at that time and wanted to make him happy”. But she also said “several times” that she had told Mr. Combs that she did not want to engage in these “hotel nights”.

But Mr. Combs asked her to participate in several others and she “felt frustrated, I just felt forced” to follow her wishes, she told court.

From around April 2023, Mr. Combs began to pay $ 10,000 a month for a house for her, she said. Jane said that the arrangement had come with a feeling of obligation, and the rapper had suggested that he did not want to pay rent for a woman he did not see.

Mr. Combs also provided drugs such as ecstasy, cocaine and ketamine from the start of the relationship, she said. She told court that she had used substances during some of her meetings with Mr. Combres as well as “hotel nights”.

Her testimony will continue on Friday, and she will then face interrogations from Mr. Combs’ defense team.

The alleged Balcon incident is under control

The court also heard a more intense question of Ms. Bongolan, the friend of Cassie Ventura who, according to the lawyers of the rapper, gave various accounts of the alleged abuse of Mr. Combs at different times.

Ms. Bongolan accused Mr. Combs of having lifted him on the rail of a balcony in a threatening altercation and throwing it in nearby furniture, causing bruises and injuries.

Defense lawyer Nicole Westmoreland questioned Ms. Bongolan about an allegation she had made in a letter both of a lawyer, who, according to Ms Westmoreland, included a request for money, and a trial against Mr. Combross: that during the Balcon incident, the rapper had sexually assaulted him.

Ms. Bongolan testified in court that Mr. Combres passed his hands on his chest when he would have lifted her on the balcony. Ms. Westmoreland has preceded it on several occasions on the differences between an allegation of sexual assault and his description before the rapper’s alleged actions.

The defense also accused Ms. Bongolan of making details on the alleged balcony incident with Mr. Combs, of introducing evidence that showed that Mr. Combs was performing during a concert in New Jersey and attended events in New York on September 25 and 26, 2016.

The prosecutors had previously shown a photo of a bruise on Ms. Bongolan’s leg, with a horoding of September 26, 2016 in metadata. Ms. Bongolan said she had taken the photo of the bruise the day after the follow -up of Mr. Combs who had thrown her into balcony furniture.

“You came here and lied to the ladies and gentlemen of this jury,” said Westmoreland.

“I cannot agree with you,” replied Ms. Bongolan.

Later in the day, the prosecutors brought the disagreement. They displayed an SMS drawn from Ms. Ventura’s phone, the ex-girlfriend of Mr. Combs, dated September 30, 2016.

The text indicated that Mr. Combs had come to his apartment in the middle of the night, smothered Ms. Bongolan and held her from the balcony.
