Atlanta – The young thug will not be sent to prison after a judge has ruled against the revocation of his probation.
This development follows a request filed by prosecutors on Wednesday, alleging that Young Thug, whose real name is Jeffery Williams, violated his terms of probation by republishing an image of social media targeting an investigator of the county of Fulton. In their response Thursday, the rapper’s lawyers strongly refuted the affirmations, describing them as “baseless”.

Thursday afternoon, judge Paige Reese Whitaker rejected the request for the revocation of Williams’ probation, concluding that his publications on social networks have not reached the violation threshold. However, she advised him to pay attention to certain subjects on social networks, declaring: “It can be prudent for (Williams) to exercise a restraint concerning certain subjects.”
Williams was released from guard after pleading guilty to six of the eight charges in the Rico trial against him and the alleged gang on rue Ysl, marking the end of the Georgia.

He was originally sentenced to 40 years, the first five years to signify in prison. This time was commissioned towards the time served, allowing its release. Under the terms of his conviction, he must successfully finish 15 years in probation. If he does it, a 20 -year “back” prison sentence will also be commissioned at the time purged.
