A Brazilian parliamentary survey on football game has accused the star of West Ham Lucas Paqueta of deliberately receiving a yellow card as a birthday present for her brother.
Paqueta testified this week to the Brazilian Senate commission in its homeland.
However, although it was “suspected of game manipulation” by Brazilian investigators according to a 629-page commission report, it will not face any other action in the South American country.
The parliamentary commission of investigation into the manipulation of games and sport in Brazil is a separate investigation for the accusation of the football association against package on four suspicious yellow cards.
The 27 -year -old is accused of being deliberately reserved in four Premier League games, against Leicester in 2022, plus Leeds United, Aston Villa and Bournemouth the following year.
Paqueta maintained his innocence throughout the investigation, the midfielder who was to face an audience in terms of FA concerning the accusations next month.
