The ex-post Malone fiancée enters under the spotlight in order to try to take care of her child.
Hee Sung “Jamie” Park put a petition on Wednesday with the higher division of the Family Law Division of the Los Angeles Superior Court, revealing for the first time that she is the mother of the musician’s 2 -year -old daughter.
The name of his child is not listed, referenced only as “DDP” in the documents, obtained by page Six. The date of birth of the little one is noted on May 26, 2022.
In June 2022, Malone, 29, announced that he had welcomed a little girl and revealed at the same time that he had engaged – although he did not disclose the full name of Park.
“(At) 2:30 pm in the afternoon, I went and kissed my little girl,” said the singer “circles” on “The Howard Stern Show”, inciting the host to ask: “What little girl? Do you refer to your girlfriend or do you have a baby?”
Malone replied: “No, it’s my daughter.” When asked how he would refer to her daughter’s mother, the singer of “congratulations” said: “She is my fiancée”.
The former couple has always kept their very low relationship. It is not known when exactly Park and Malone officially called it, but TMZ previously reported that they separated at the end of 2024.
Since March, the singer of “Rockstar” has been seen coming out on public dates with a new woman named Christy Lee, a student from the School of Design Parsons based in New York.
More recently, the new couple was spotted during a shopping trip together in Paris.
It is not known whether the public demonstrations of Malone with Lee motivated Park to bring legal action.
According to court documents, the ex-singer of “sunflower” wants a joint legal but requests the exclusive physical guard of their daughter and is willing to give the father with a single right of visit.
She also wants Malone to cover her legal costs. Under children’s alimony, it stipulates: “The court can make the support orders for children and issue an allocation of profits without notice to one or the other of the parties.”
Page Six contacted the representatives of Malone to comment but did not immediately hear.
