A new, more powerful storm is heading for the County of San Diego this week and has the potential to bring several inches of rain and sudden floods to communities in the region.
The storm should start on Wednesday morning and stay on Friday, with the strongest precipitation over the last two days, Stefanie Sullivan, a meteorologist at the National Weather Service on Monday.
