The Minister of Sports of Saudi Arabia suggested that Mohamed Salah remains a future target for the League despite his recent renewal in Liverpool.
Salah, 32, is one of the greatest players of all Liverpool times, the Egyptian having scored 243 remarkable goals in 396 games for the club since he joined Roma in 2017 for a first prize of 36.5 million pounds sterling.
The striker won eight trophies in Anfield and remains full of Arne Slot’s team while they are getting closer to the title of Premier League.
Salah’s previous contract was to expire in summer and speculations on his future were a major discussion subject throughout the campaign, the attacker regularly providing cryptic responses when he was questioned about his future.
However, earlier this month, the club confirmed that it had put the pen on paper on a new agreement until 2027 worth £ 380,000 per week, ending the dramatic saga.
The Saudi Pro League has long presented the attacker’s next move after having been the subject of a failed offer of 150 million pounds from al-Ittihad in 2023.

“Now you can see that any player wants to renew their contract or sign their, they (the media) say that they arrive in Saudi and that most at 90% are not true.
“But I think we have a strategy we are working on and everyone says we just sign all the players.”

“It’s great, I spent my best years here. I played eight years, I hope it is going to be 10 years old. Bating my life here, enjoying my football. I spent the best years of my career.
