The guards and the twins struck with another rain, will try to play two Wednesdays

Minneapolis – The rainy weather in Minnesota forced the postponement of another match between the goalkeepers and the Twins.

After waiting for two separate delays on Monday in Target Field, Cleveland and Minnesota hoped to resume their suspended match on Tuesday, then play the competition regularly scheduled 30 minutes later. But Mother Nature had other ideas.

Instead, the two teams will try again on Wednesday to finish the match suspended on Monday from 1:10 p.m. he. Thirty minutes after the end of this match, they will try to play the regular case on Wednesday. But Greater Minneapolis’ forecasts do not seem promising on the two before.

The two teams intend to use surveys to finish the first game on Wednesday. Cleveland could send the left-hander Kolby Allard (2-0, 1.06) to the mound when the game resumes. Allard made six appearances for the guards, launching several rounds in four of these outings. Righty Jakob Junis is another option. Junis launched 20 games, including three outings of several rounds and he appeared for the last time on Saturday in Cincinnati.

The two teams will have 27th place on their lists for a launcher who can only appear in the match on Wednesday planned on Wednesday. Righty Gavin Williams (3-2, 4.29) and the right-hander Chris Paddack (1-3, 4.76) will start the second match on Wednesday, if the weather permits.

Tuesday’s match will be composed as part of a double division head in Target Field from 2:10 p.m. He on September 20.

Tuesday marks the third Cleveland match postponed due to the weather this season, and second on the road. The home match scheduled for the club on April 25 against Boston was alert and was part of a double-head on April 26. A scheduled match of May 5 in Washington, DC was made up of a double-head the next day against the Nationals.

Cleveland divided the two doubles against the Red Sox and the Nats after reaching 0 for 8 in double head matches last season.
