The New York giants and the beloved native of New Jersey, Tommy Devito, would be approaching a new agreement, although it is not clear to what extent the negotiations are at the moment.
Mike Garafolo from NFL Network and others reported that Devito, 26, agreed to sign its exclusive rights to the rights before the Ligue’s free agency – an agreement that would pay him about $ 1 million in 2025.
Dailymail.com was able to confirm this agreement with a source of the league. However, when contacted by Dailymail.com, Devito Sean Stellato agent contradicted these reports. Stellato did not exclude a return to the Giants for Devito, but warned that nothing had been finalized.
Although the old product of Syracuse and Illinois has experience, appearing in a dozen games during its first two seasons with mixed results, Devito is unlikely to head around 2025 as a quarter-back leaving from Big Blue.
This honor could fall to the former Jets star, Aaron Rodgers, who is expected by many to conclude a free agent agreement with the Giants at the start of the signature period. As Art Stapleton from Northjersey.com reported, the Giants are interested in involving Rodgers on board, although no firm decision has been taken.
Dailymail.com has since confirmed that Rodgers was one of the team’s quarter considerations.
