Dimitri Payet would have been investigated by the police in Brazil after being accused of “physical and psychological violence” towards his “mistress”.
The former West Ham star would have forced Larissa Ferrari, 28, drinking her own urine and licking the ground as well as pushing and walking on her.
Payet, 38, plays for Vasco Da Gama in Rio de Janeiro and started a seven -month -old case with Larissa after being “lonely”.
The Frenchman, who left his wife nearly 20 years old Ludivine and their four children in his homeland, has not yet commented on allegations.
Larissa, lawyer, met Payet for the first time last August. She says he has sworn to start “punishing” her after a row in December, picking her for “protective measures” of the police, according to the agency France pressed.
“I want justice because he abused my psychological vulnerability to obtain a sexual advantage,” she told AFP.

“He demanded proof of love from me, which consisted of a humiliation. I recorded videos in which I drank my urine, drunk water from the toilet bowl and licked the ground.
“I am a lawyer, I would never have made such serious complaints lightly.
Rio police said: “The investigation is underway. The complaint was recorded in a police station specializing in assistance to women.
According to the police report, Larissa said that she had been “assaulted by Dimitri Payet, who left marks on her body and suffered physical, moral, psychological and sexual violence”.
Payet is widely considered to be one of the most talented players in West Ham this century, but left under a cloud to reach Marseille after only 18 months in 2017. It remains at the Stade Vélodrome for six and a half years before moving to Brazil in 2023.
In March, Larissa revealed that they had a seven -month affair.
She wrote in a long statement: “One thing I want to do clearly is that it was never money. There was no need.
“I cannot say much because there is no explanation or anything to justify it.

“But something that I want to be extremely clear is that it was never for money, not before, not now. In fact, the last time I went to Rio, I went by bus.
Larissa, who is the mother of two, also said that she had only been physically involved in the midfielder following her ex-husband’s divorce.
She added: “Our intention, at the beginning, was not for us to attach ourselves to the other, but we ended up getting very involved.
“We have become very close because I divorced myself and it becomes a lot alone. With so much proximity, meetings have become more frequent.
“I was going to Dimitri every 12 days, and I stayed for three or four days.
“It has also always been very affectionate to me, both in person and through messages.
“And with so much affection exchanged, it was impossible not to get attached to each other.”
Larissa finished her statement by apologizing to her family before adding that she will stay far from social media for a while to “have peace”.
It was reported that Payet praised his wife, Ludivine, for putting his mind comfortable to move away from the house in 2023.
