A former California road patrol captain was accused of having sexually abused a on -board agent when he went to Los Angeles in Florida last month, prosecutors said on Thursday.
Prosecutors allege that Dennis Wally Woodbury, 49, killed a bottle of prosecco during the April 13 flight, slapped the buttocks of a male on -board agent and shouted: “I love you” and showed an attendant to another man a pornographic photo, according to the criminal complaint.
Woodbury, of Azusa, is accused of an abusive sexual contact manager in the United States special and territorial competence if he is condemned, he faces a maximum sentence of two years in federal prison.
Woodbury’s lawyer Annick Jordan refused to comment on the case. Woodbury, who is out of police custody, could not be joined immediately to comment. We don’t know when Woodbury stopped working for the CHP. The American lawyer’s office wrote in a press release that he had “been dismissed from the public service”.
Woodbury was traveling in the Jet Blue business class in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, at Los Angeles International Airport when the alleged abuses took place, according to the criminal complaint.
Before the flight leaves the door, Woodbury would have shown a on-board a dog photo with a blurred image of two men with sex in the background. The man replied: “Oh my god”, and Woodbury laughed and said: “I was wondering how long it would take you,” wrote prosecutors in the criminal complaint.
Woodbury then suggested that the two men go on a cruise together.
“When (the attendant) demonstrated how the oxygen masks of the plane worked, he saw Woodbury watch it and made a hand pumping movement,” said the complaint.
When a different on -board agent collected meal sets, Woodbury used his left hand to slap the buttocks of the attendant and shout that he “loved him”, according to the complaint.
Later in the flight, alleys the complaint, Woodbury lowered his pants to expose his penis to the first on -board agent, who was standing at the front of the plane.
Prosecutors allege that Woodbury asked for more wine and exposed himself a second time after he was told that he could only have an uncoatical drink.
Woodbury returned to its headquarters and slept for the rest of the flight. While he was escorted from the plane by lax police, he shouted to one of the on -board agents: “It is your fault because you did not go to the toilet with me”, according to the criminal complaint.
Woodbury later told the police that the on -board agent asked him to go to the toilet, but he refused, according to the court of the court.
