- My family stayed in Brando on an exclusive private island in French Polynesia.
- A stay in this villa in a room could generally cost about $ 6,000 per night.
- The villa was just on the beach and had a private swimming pool, an outdoor bathtub and superb views.
Exhaust of the ultra-exclusive private island in French Polynesia, the Brando has been at the top of my bucket of buckets for years.
I heard of the Brando when Barack Obama spent a month there writing his memoirs after leaving the White House in 2017. He came in mind when Kim Kardashian welcomed his sumptuous 40th anniversary in 2020.
Distributed on a private southern Pacific island 30 miles north of Tahiti, the property consists of only 35 private villas and a private residence, plus a central common space with three restaurants, as well as a village of staff.
It seemed to be the ultimate destination for luxury and exclusivity of private islands – and I had to see it for myself. Finally, my family of four had the chance to stay in a villa in a room for six nights in December.
As a travel editor, I received a media rate at a reduced price for our stay at Brando. Our stay (including food, drinks and certain activities) would generally cost about $ 6,000 per night – or about $ 36,000 in total.
With these photos of my visit, take a look inside the accommodation that comes with such a breathtaking price.
