The county of Monroe in New York State was among the warmest counties in the country in March for real estate, according to data from the National Association of Realtors.
The county, which shelters Rochester, ranked n ° 5 in the country for the heat of the market on more than 1,600 American counties classified in March.
No other New York county ranked above than that, but two were among the first 30 in the country: the county of Broome at n ° 23 and the county of Livingston at n ° 27.

The locations were classified by “Hotness Score”, a measure of real estate agents who take into account the scores of supply and demand in each county. The supply score classifies the median days on the market in each location against other geographies while the request score classifies the pages views of the lists on Realtor.com.
The county of Onondaga ranked 22nd in New York for the heat of the market in March and n ° 531 in the United States
In total, six New York counties were in the top 100 for the market market nationwide in March. In addition to the counties of Monroe, Broome and Livingston, the others were the counties of Ontario, Tompkins and Tioga.
