Cristóbal Tapia de Veer is no longer in harmony with The white lotus.
The composer, who worked on the HBO series for three seasons, revealed that after a dispute on music on the series with Creator Mike WhiteHe will not check the fourth season of the show.
“I announced to the team a few months ago that I was not coming back, that I was leaving,” said Cristóbal during an interview with the New York Times Posted on April 2. “I did not say to Mike for various reasons; I wanted to tell him just at the end for the shock and whatever. Except that I said to the whole editorial team and editor -in -chief and producer and all that, but I did not think they were going to tell him. At one point, he heard about it.”
According to Cristóbal, his beef and Mike began with the elimination of the signing “Ooh-Loo-Looo” and “Ooh-Looo” of the opening of opening credits for this season that features Patrick Schwarzenegger,, Walton Goggins,, Parker Posey And more. This decision completely changed the theme song and left some fans of the disappointed series.
