The career of the former actor of the child Jonathan Lipnicki was not in the direction he wanted.
Lipnicki became famous in the late 1990s and early 2000s for his film roles in “Jerry Maguire”, “like Mike”, “Stuart Little” and his suite, and his televised role in “Dawson’s Creek”.
But in a new interview with People, Lipnicki revealed that his career had taken a devastating career in adulthood.
“It is quite well to say that I am not where I want to be as a career,” said Lipnicki, with whom he has “good” for the moment.
“Everything we do in this life is almost impossible,” he continued. “This is the thing I want to do for the rest of my life, and I think you just have to believe that it will happen and do everything in your power to act in the right direction.”
The star of “Little Vampire” recognized that his adult career was “half and a half where there are things that were really good and that no one saw them”.
He said that even if he had no “regrets”, he was much more “prudent” on the roles he chooses today.
“To be completely honest, I said no to around five films last year,” said Lipnicki. “I really want to run this ship.”
The actor added: “And I pray every evening for more clarity where I have to go, and I am convinced that the best is to come for me. And I think you just have to believe that. If you will continue this, you do a bad service not to dream of.”
In recent years, Lipnicki has been in several short films that were not popular. He also played in the film Slasher 2024 “Camp Pleasant Lake” which has a 20% score of criticism on Rotten Tomatoes.
His latest concert on the PRNK series “The Joe Schmo Show” was “Outside His Comfort Zone” and “A Step in the Bight Direction”, told Lipnicki to People.
“As an actor who grows in this industry, you want to be on your best behavior, and I must be on my worst,” he shared.
Lipnicki played Renée Zellweger’s son in “Jerry Maguire” in 1996, with Tom Cruise, Cuba Gooding Jr., Kelly Preston, Jay Mohr, Bonnie Hunt and Regina King.
He also played the role of the elder grandson in the film “Stuart Little” in 1999 and the sequel of 2002.
On “Dawson’s Creek”, Lipnicki played Buzz Thompson, a 9 -year -old child who is abandoned by his father and is supervised by Pacey (Joshua Jackson).
