A current AEW champion apparently suffered an injury in his match in this evening dynamite program, leading to a brutal finish.
The dynamite of this evening presented the benefits of the payment event by the AEW dynasty, and presented the continuation of the pursuit of death by Swerve Strickland, while he faces PAC.
The Swerve match with PAC came after Swerve came to the aid of Kenny Omega while he was trying to fight the young Bucks and Kazuchika Okada after their return to the company in Dynasty.
Swerve then said that it was a “buck hunting season” before he was jumped by Pac from behind to start the match.
However, the match ended quite abruptly, while Pac took a brutal fall on his leg outside, with him being checked by doctors outside.
When Pac returned to the ring, Swerve immediately hit the Swerve Stomp to win the victory in a fairly brutal end of the match, with Sean Ross Sapp in Fightful, noting that the injury is legitimate.
