The Chain restaurant which has only two items on the menu

If a restaurant will only serve two things on its menu, it is sure to say that the crew is probably quite confident in the quality of what they have turned off. This is the case with a small chain of hamburgers called NADC (not a fucking chance) Burger, which currently has seven locations. Five of them are in Texas, one is in Chicago, and the last restaurant open in Denver at the end of 2024. There are literally only two things on the menu: the Nadc Burger, which is a Double Smash Cheeseburger In Wagyu beef and is garnished with secret sauce, pickles, onions and jalapeƱos. Then, of course, Nadc serves the best friend of a hamburger, Frenries – and that’s about it.

You can order the fries as it is, but you can also upgrade them to something called “fries in stupid mode”, which adds cheese, pickles, special sauce, jalapeƱos and a mixture of seasoning. There is no complicated secret burger menu here. The fact that the chain specializes in a few things only recalls cane farming, which is almost simply used by chicken offers and cut-cup fries and aims to make them in a coherent and reliable manner.

The NADC Burger was launched in 2022 as a window service without an appointment by what seems to be an unexpected partnership. Chef Phillip Frankland Lee is a Michelin star chef who was made famous for the first time for his appearance in season 13 of the Top Chef de Bravo. He has sushi concepts by scratch (for which he has a Michelin star), Pasta Bar (for which he has a second Michelin star), as well as his hamburger shop. But the co-founder of Nadc Burger is the professional skater Neen Williams. The two have united their forces on their love of burgers and started which now becomes a constant growth chain.

The love of people for hamburgers knows no limits, and as long as the fundamental sandwich is good, a chain may not need a lot to prosper, like Chick-Fil-A. Although Nadc Burger’s growth is not yet an exponential phase, it is now in three big cities, so who knows? Maybe these two guys will once dethrone five guys.
