The stuntman – known for his work as a “human cannon ball” – was hospitalized on March 2, after being injured during his performance at the Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival. The fair officials announced in an Instagram post on March 2 that Chachi had been transported from the Fair field to the hospital, “due to injuries suffered during her performance at 2:30 p.m.”.
