The CEO has smothered another traveler to dance barefoot in the living room of ship cocktails, the federals say: “I’m going to kill you”

A financial CEO faces federal accusations for having allegedly suffocated another cruise passenger who called his wife a “king of king” for asking him to stop dancing barefoot, according to the FBI.

Kenneth Degiorgio, the 53 -year -old CEO of the Southern California mortgage company, First American Financial, attacked the other man on Monday in one of Virgin Virgin’s cocktail fairs while saying: “I’m going to kill you”, according to a federal complaint.

The other passenger, identified only by the initials, later told federal investigators that he “felt that his throat was going to be torn off,” the documents said.

He is accused of assault in the maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States.

Degiorgio’s legal team told the post on Thursday that the CEO “had only responded to the actions of a person who had harassed his wife, making her feel threatened and intimidated.

“Although charged with a simple crime, Mr. Degiorgio is looking forward to absolved any reprehensible act.”
