The Black Eyed Peas cancel their Las Vegas residency in 2025

Black Eyed Peas have canceled their Las Vegas residency, which was scheduled to begin February 15 at PH Live at Planet Hollywood.

Online speculation that the residence was undersold has been circulating for months, although the group, made up of Will.i.am, Apl.de.ap and Taboo, explained on social media that the cancellation was due to “current circumstances”.

“To our dearest Peabodies,” the band wrote on Instagram Stories, “It is with heavy hearts that, in light of the current circumstances, our Las Vegas shows will not go ahead as planned. Ticket providers will carry out automatically full refunds Stay tuned for future performance updates by following us – we look forward to seeing you again.

Ticketmaster says all performances of “Black Eyed Peas: 3008—The Vegas Residency” have been canceled. The trio were scheduled to play 15 shows at the venue, with three sets of dates spanning from February to May.

Variety has contacted Black Eyed Peas representatives for further comment.

The Black Eyed Peas initially announced the residency in September 2024, saying it would elevate their avant-garde aesthetic. “Our first residency in Las Vegas gives the Black Eyed Peas the opportunity to do what we do best, to imagine something completely new and creative that pushes the boundaries of the live performance experience,” said Will .i.am. “We take inspiration from Disney rides, Las Vegas shows, concerts, AI and technology. We will reinvent our way of playing by creating an interactive show, a journey to 3008 which is both a concert and a play. I can’t wait for the world to see what we’re up to in Las Vegas.

The band recently released their 2022 album “Elevation” which led to a tour the following year. Last May, they released “Tonight” with El Alfa featuring Becky G as part of the “Bad Boys: Ride or Die” soundtrack.
