The best Cinco de Mayo food deals in 2024: Taco Bell, Chipotle, more

Cinco de Mayo – or May 5th – is a time to celebrate Mexican culture and heritage in the United States.

This holiday commemorates the victory of the Mexican army over France during the Battle of Puebla, during the Franco-Mexican War, on May 5, 1862.

There’s no better way to celebrate than with food and drink, especially when the holiday falls on Funday Sunday.

Anyone looking for a great deal on lunch or dinner on Cinco de Mayo is in luck, as restaurants across the country are offering deals for the occasion.

Taco Bell

Naturally, Taco Bell has plenty of deals to celebrate Cinco de Mayo.

Rewards members can purchase five soft or crunchy tacos for $5 on Sunday, May 5 on the Taco Bell app.

It’s only $1 per taco!

Those who order Taco Bell on Grubhub or DoorDash will receive free BellGrande Nachos with an order of $20 or more. On Uber Eats and Postmates, customers can buy one Nacho BellGrande and get a second one free with a delivery order.

Plus, new eaters can get 20% off their Taco Bell order of $15 or more on DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates and Grubhub, with up to $5 off.

Chipotle

Through Sunday, May 5, Chipotle customers can use promo code “CINCO24” to receive free shipping on all digital orders.

Order must be for a minimum of $10 and a maximum of $200, each excluding taxes and fees.

Moe’s Southwest Grill

At Moe’s, Cinco de Mayo is “all about cincos.”

Moe Reward members can score burritos and bowls for $5.55 at participating locations. The reward can be used once per customer, and premium proteins, extras, and add-ons will incur additional fees.

Plus, the first 30 customers on Sunday receive a free T-shirt.

Del Taco

Fast Food Club reported that Del Yeah! Rewards members can get a free burrito on Cinco de Mayo when they spend $10 or more.

Rewards members also get free shipping if their order is $15 or more.

Chuy’s

Chuy’s will offer food and drink specials to restaurant guests all Sunday, May 5th.

Deals include a Regular House ‘Rita for $6 or a Grande House ‘Rita for $10 – and keep the gift mug, while supplies last. If you want to up your ‘rita, you can add $1 tequila floats all day for an extra dose of tequila, Cointreau, or Grand Marnier.

Chips ‘N’ Dips are also $5 all day Sunday.

Apartments in Tijuana

Tijuana Flats has a list of Cinco de Mayo deals.

Customers entering the restaurant can order the $5 Fiesta de Mayo menu, which includes $5 margaritas, $5 Tijuana trio, $5 chips and queso, $5 chips and guac, 2 for $5 Mexican beers, 2 for $5 Mexican cokes and $10. bucket of beer.

The coupon is valid from May 6 to May 12.

Additionally, all customers can use the code “CINCO10” to receive 10% off all dining services through May 5.

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson will be paying for your guac all month of May.

For the fourth year in a row, to celebrate both his birthday and Cinco de Mayo, “The Rock” and his premium small-batch tequila brand Teremana will pay for your guacamole all month long.

“For Cinco de Mayo and my birthday this year, I’m happy that Guac will be on the Rock for a full month,” Teremana Tequila founder Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson said in a statement.
