The average size of the penis has increased – and Ozempic might be to blame

Ozempic could reduce the waist tower, but it seems to fire another part of the body.

In a recent Reddit wire,, male users said weight loss medication helped their penis develop.

“I recently measured myself there and I noticed that I had won about an inch,” proudly shared a person on the forum.

Although there was not enough research carried out on the correlation between semaglutide and measures of the genitals of men – the Average penis size continue to increase, and some experts think Ozempic could actually have something to do with it.

The average penis increased by almost 10% by 5.17 inches to 5.63 between 2022 and 2024 diabetes.co.

And they are not the only ones to see this increase.

The data also revealed that Venezuelan men experienced a massive increase of 1.42 inches to 6.67 inches during these two years.

Dr. Richard Viney, an urological surgeon consultant at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, thinks that ozempic and similar drugs could be blamed.

“Men ‘penis shorten as they age (due) to increase body fat and increase the prostate size removing the penis in the body,” he told Diabetes.co.

Dr. Richard Viney thinks that weight loss, as Ozempic might be to blame for the increase in the size of the penis. Christopher Sadowski

“It is theoretically possible that new drugs like Ozempic and Wegovy, which are used to treat diabetes and obesity, respectively and can make people lose weight.

However, in 2023, the research published in the World Journal of Men’s Health revealed that the Average size of what a guy packs has increased by 24% over almost 30 years.

And this kind of increase has health experts concerned – especially because even two years ago, they could not put their finger on the cause of it.

Speculation around weight loss drugs is the culprit is possible – but the ozempic trend is recent, and this growth for men has been going clearly for some time now.

“Any global change in development is worrying, because our reproduction system is one of the most important elements of human biology,” said Dr. Michael Eisenberg, the study author, told Stanford Medicine Scope.

“If we see this quick change, it means that something powerful happens to our body.”

Other possible causes could be chemical exposure from pesticides or hygiene products, has issued the Eisenberg hypothesis, which can disrupt the endocrine system regulating hormone.

Time will only say if the Ozempic factors or other lifestyle are to be blamed for well -endowed men.
