At least 15 people, including 14 women, were killed in a car attack on a vehicle carrying agricultural workers in northern Syria, according to the first stakeholders.
According to the Syria Civil Defense, 15 other women were injured by the explosion on the outskirts of the city of Manbij, east of Aleppo.
He said some of the injured were in critical condition and warned that the number of deaths could increase.
There was no immediate complaint for any armed group for the attack, which was the deadliest since the rebel forces spilled President Bashar al-Assad in December.
It was also the second car attack in Manbij in just three days.
On Saturday, two children and a woman were one of four people killed by an explosion on a street in the city center, said the civil defense of Syria.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a surveillance group based in the United Kingdom, reported that the explosion was close to a military position and that nine people were killed, including several pro-Turkish fighters.
Since the collapse of the Assad regime, Manbij and its surroundings have seen intense clashes between the factions of the Syrian National Army (SNA) supported by the Turks and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) led by the Kurds.
The SNA launched an offensive to capture the territory west of the Euphrate river, which the homeless man had held since the conduct of the jihadist group of the Islamic State (IS) in 2016.
The SNA took control of Manbij on December 9, after the combatants of the military council affiliated to the SDF withdrawn. But since then, the homeless has carried out a counter-offensive.
