NYPD Blue Actress Kim Delaney was placed in police custody for an alleged attack of crime, following an alleged domestic dispute.
The 63 -year -old Emmy winner was arrested on Saturday at 10:15 a.m., according to a booking report from the Sheriff’s Department of the County of Los Angeles. The files also show that Delaney’s partner James Morgan was arrested an hour before.
Delaney was sentenced to suspicion of criminal assault, while Morgan was accused of storm for crime for offense, said at the sheriff station of Marina Del Rey Weekly entertainment. Morgan was released on bail, while Delaney remains in detention at the time of the report.
The police were called to Delaney’s home for a domestic dispute involving her and Morgan, according to TMZ, who announced the news of the arrest of Delaney on Sunday. The date of the actress court was set for Tuesday, April 1.
Delaney representatives did not immediately respond to EW’s comments.

Delaney is known to have played the role of detective Diane Russell through several seasons of NYPD BlueFrom 1995 to 2003. The actress scored the 1997 exceptional support actress for an exceptional support actress in a dramatic series and was also nominated for the prize twice more, in 1998 and 1999. The actress had previously met with trouble with the law after the years spent fighting alcohol dependence. In 2002, she was arrested for suspected driving in a state of drunkenness after being arrested for erratic driving and refusing to take a breathalyzer. Delaney finally pleaded without competition and was sentenced to two years of probation. The following year, she arrived in a rehabilitation center.
In 2005, Delaney lost custody of her teenage son for drunk driving. More recently, Delaney was prosecuted for an alleged flight offense which took place in November 2022.
