Kim Delaney’s husband James Morgan said that the alum “NYPD Blue” had tried to hit him with his car before being arrested for domestic violence.
Sources of application of the law told TMZ on Monday that the couple fought for days before the police were finally getting involved.
The actress reportedly reported on domestic violence against Morgan on Friday evening after an alleged domestic dispute. They would have taken a “stormy argument which became physical” before Morgan left their house that night.
The initiates told TMZ that Delaney called the Los Angeles County Sheriff department when they returned to their residence the next morning.
When the deputies answered his call, Morgan would have told agents who replied that his wife had tried to use his car to injure him.
He would then have shown video evidence of the incident police.
Police arrested Delaney and Morgan after talking with all parties.
The actress would have been accused of criminal assault with a fatal weapon, while Morgan was reserved for a battery of offense.
Sources of application of the law declared to the point of sale that the accusation of Delaney stems from the alleged use of his car. Meanwhile, Morgan’s arrest was linked to their Friday evening fight.
