Kim Delaney seems to have corrected things with her husband, James Morgan, after their respective arrests following an alleged domestic dispute.
The former “NYPD Blue” shocked his Instagram subscribers on Thursday by sending Morgan a sweet message and flowers for his birthday less than a week after the cops were called in their California house.
“Birday Boy, 55 !!!!! Your wife loves you, my guy! 🌹 ”, she subtitled photos of a colorful bouquet.
She also added Chris Stapleton’s song “Joy of My Life”.
The fans were surprised by the nonchalant post – his first download since he allegedly tried to hit Morgan with his car.
“WTF?
“Do you receive a phone call and order flowers for him?” A third sarcastic.
“Nothing like flowers after a mower,” wrote someone else.
Others, on the other hand, offered Delaney support and reminded him that you are “never too old to seek therapy and heal”.
“Kim, please take care of yourself ❤️”, explained a support for support, while another sent their “love and prayers” to the couple.
Police were called to the house of Delaney and Morgan in Los Angeles on March 29 after apparently had a “stormy argument which became physical”.
Act sources have told TMZ that the two have been fighting for days before the authorities are getting involved.
Delaney would have submitted a report on domestic violence on their Friday evening fight, which made Morgan flee their home.
The actress of “All my children” called the police on her return the next morning.
When the deputies arrived at the residence, Morgan said that his wife had tried to hurt him with his car and would have shown video evidence of the police.
The actress would have been accused of criminal assault with a fatal weapon, while Morgan was reserved for a battery of crimes linked to their fight the day before.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Prosecutor Office later said on page Six that they had decided not to file a complaint against one or the other parties “due to insufficient evidence”.
District prosecutor Nathan Hochman also confirmed that no accusation would be filed, but noted that “the decision can be reconsidered” if “evidence or additional witnesses emerge”.
Although it was not clear when Delaney and Morgan started to go out together, they made the knot in October 2022.
The former “CSI: Miami” was previously married to actors Joe Cortese from 1989 to 1994 and Charles Grant from 1984 to 1988.
