DAVE COULIER of “Full House” shares an update of health after having received a diagnosis of non -hodgkins lymphoma from stadium 3 in October 2024.
Coulier, who finished his sixth and last round of chemotherapy in February, told Parade in an interview published on Monday, March 31, that a recent biopsy of a lymph node in his neck has shown “no cancer sign”.
“One of the few times in my life where” zero “has been a large number to hear,” he said.
Coulier, who played the adorable actor Joey Gladstone on “Full House”, is still waiting for the results of an additional cat scan to determine if his cancer journey is “in the rear view mirror”. Although he was not yet completely out of the woods, Coulier said to Parade that he started to feel like his old self again again.
“I’m going to tell you this. Today is the first day I really have the impression:” Wow, I feel damn well. I feel like me “” he said.
The battle was not easy for Coulier, which said that its symptoms had become “worse” with each chemotherapy cycle.
“The neuropathy, which I had never known before, started to increase. Nausea began to increase. Luries have started to increase,” recalls the actor. “They call her Chemo Brain, where you are a bit foggy – who started to increase. My days of being able to get up and walk and be active have started to decrease. ”
The wife of Coulier, Melissa, told the point of sale that the fifth cycle of chemo was so difficult that Coulier felt ready to abandon.
“He was like” I don’t know if I could start again, “said Melissa. “He was like,” I’m ready anyway. If I die, I die. And if I can stay here, great. I want. These conversations were obviously so difficult. »»
Coulier found the strength to continue, and he congratulated his wife for intensifying and becoming his goalkeeper.

“She ran into tatters, that is to say the photo that will remain with me-how it affects members of your family,” he said.
Coulier also received the support of his Costartes from “Full House”, including John Stamos, who played Uncle Jesse in the beloved sitcom. The Stamos triggered a backlash in November 2024 after sharing an Instagram photo of itself carrying a bald cap while posing with a really bald coulier. Coulier defended the photo in his interview with parade.
“(John) knows what makes me laugh, and when he came out like that, I fell on the ground laughing. It was not we make fun of others as much as it was:” let’s laugh our way through that because it is a difficult trip “,” explained Coulier. “We apologized (for the photo). Then we just thought:” Why do we apologize? We don’t need to apologize. It is our friendship. “”
