“Enough is enough,” said former UN ambassador Nikki Haley, as she called for the border to be secured and warned that if all illegal immigrants were currently rounded up in a new city, it would be the fourth largest in the world. country.
In a roughly one-minute clip provided in advance to Breitbart News, Haley begins by quoting former US President Ronald Reagan saying, “A nation that cannot control its borders is no nation.
According to Haley, who served as President Donald Trump’s ambassador to the UN, with “one look at Biden’s border crisis,” it’s obvious that “our border has been crossed.”
Citing the growing number of illegal immigrants who have entered the country thanks to the Biden administration’s open border policies, she shows just how high those numbers are.
“Since Joe Biden took office, over 2.5 million illegal immigrants have crossed our border; that’s enough people to fill 36 football stadiums or enough people to outnumber the population of 15 US states,” she says.
“If all the illegal immigrants were brought together to live in a new city, it would be the fourth largest city in America,” she adds.
Claiming that there are “8,000 illegal immigrants crossing our border a day”, Haley notes “there is nothing controlled about it”.
However, she argues, there is “still a way to fix this catastrophe”, even if it would involve the president “acting together”.
Haley, who served as governor of South Carolina before heading to the UN, then listed some of the steps President Biden could take:
- To bring back [the] “Stay in Mexico” [policy] and maintain title 42 in place;
- Hire more Border Patrol agents and give them the resources they need;
- End “capture and release” and remove all illegal immigrants with criminal records.
She concludes by warning that the situation can no longer be tolerated.
“Enough is enough,” Haley said. “Secure our border; protect Americans.
Last month, Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) warned the United States is under “invasion” on the southern border, as he called for rejecting funding from a government that refuses to secure the border.
The country is currently facing record levels of illegal immigration, with more than 209,000 migrants apprehended after crossing the border from Mexico into the United States in March, the highest number of migrant arrests for a month since March 2000 – the last year of the Clinton administration.
It also breaks the Biden-era record of 200,658 set in July 2021.
Last year, President Biden Position new records of illegal immigration by enticing more than two million cross-border commuters and illegal aliens to undertake the often deadly journey through Mexico to the country’s southern border in hopes of being released back to the United States
Earlier this year, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was reported for privately admitting that illegal immigration during President Biden’s first year in office is “worse now than…ever” in American history.
In April, Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) warned the country was heading for the “greatest migration crisis in US history” as a result of the policies of the Biden administration.
In March, Rep. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) accused President Biden of seriously harming national security by deliberately creating a border crisis to expand the Democratic electoral bloc, as he called for an investigation of the president for his actions.
