The welcome of a new baby in the world can be one of the greatest gifts in life, but unfortunately, birth does not always take place as planned. The hairdresser and owner of the horse of the Utah @shelbylockhart witnessed this first -hand tragedy after her new foalThe mother unfortunately died shortly after bringing her small terrestrial side.
THE foal refused the replacement of milk, but Shelby had another plan. She found a nurse mare, or a nursing horse without a foal to feed, and hoped that the two would connect despite devastating losses.
What happened then made Shelby cry and thousands of viewers. This mother and baby could not be more perfect for each other!
These two were supposed to be family! This mumard accepted the new foal without hesitation or stress, and once the little one locked itself, it was just as happy. It is hard to believe that these two beautiful horses have suffered massive losses a few days before meeting.

“So how does it work with a nurse mare?” A commentator asked. “She must have a baby to produce milk. Where are her baby? Are they weaned, and you continue to use it to promote other foals?”

It is such a gift to see this moment take place, but I can only imagine how Shelby and the other equestrian of this video felt. It was the silver lining after two tragedies, but it is also the beginning of a good relationship between this mother and this girl adopted.
It is comforting to see how fast and naturally these horses have linked, even if it was not an A plan. Nurse As this new mother is an absolute gift for the equine world, even if she would never have met her foal without the owners of disinterested horses like Shelby.
