Temperatures soar in North Texas, primary advisory in effect

The brutally hot weather that seems to have ping-ponged across the United States this month has North Texas in its crosshairs, with temperatures on Tuesday expected to reach 109 degrees. Bo Evans of CBS News Texas has more.
