It’s a total heartbreak for Hollywood.
At least that’s how it is Jessica Biel, Reese Witherspoon, Kelly Osbourne and others felt affected by the April 8 total solar eclipse. As the moon passed between the sun and the earth, celebrities across the country looked up, literally and figuratively, to celebrate this unique celestial event, which will not occur again in the United States until 2044 .
Take Taylor Swiftwho marked the special occasion by teasing some eclipse-themed lyrics from his upcoming album The Department of Tortured Poets. In a video shared on his Instagram Stories, a typewriter wrote the lines: “The crowd goes wild at his fingertips. Half moonlight, full eclipse.”
In the meantime, Khloe Kardashian used the eclipse — which many mystics consider a sign of transformation — to launch a new chapter in her wellness journey.
“Happy solar eclipse day”, the The Kardashians star shared on her Instagram Stories. “I’m so excited because this is the first time I’ve been going to practice in four to five weeks. I got injured and couldn’t train.”
