Taylor Swift joined on stage by Travis Kelce in surprise appearance at London Eras Tour stop

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce performed together for the first time during her Eras Tour show on Sunday night in London.

Since the release of “The Tortured Poets Department”, Swift has added a new segment to her set where, after finishing her song “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived”, she performs a silent pantomime skit with her dancers to segue into the song “I can do it with a broken heart.”

In the sketch, Swift is picked up and carried to a couch, where she reluctantly changes costumes with the help of her dancers, who also urge her to perform before launching into song.

On Sunday, to fans’ delight, Kelce stepped in and carried her to the couch, then played with the dancers as she changed sets, urging her to perform.

Kelce was on hand for the past two nights in London, singing and dancing in the VIP area with other celebrities, including Tom Cruise, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, as well as Hugh Grant.

New famous faces appeared in the section tonight, including Sir Paul McCartney, Bon Jovi and ‘Fleabag’ stars Andrew Scott and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

On Saturday, Swift winked at Kelce in the crowd, once again changing the lyrics of her song “Karma” to sing, “Karma is the Chiefs guy, he’s coming straight to my house.” She did the same during a stopover in Argentina while he was there.

The excitement over Kelce’s appearance comes shortly after Swift faced apparent criticism from Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl.

On Saturday night at London Stadium, Grohl mentioned that the Eras Tour was happening nearby at Wembley Stadium and said: “I’m telling you, man, you don’t want to face the wrath of Taylor Swift .”

He went on to say, “We like to call our tour the ‘Mistakes Tour.’ We’ve had more than a few eras, and more than a few fucking mistakes too. »

Swifties have sometimes dubbed her tour the “Errors Tour,” based on onstage mishaps like wardrobe malfunctions and a “haunted piano,” to name a few.

Grohl went on to imply that Swift wasn’t performing live, saying, “That’s because we’re playing live. What? I’m just saying. You like raw, live rock ‘n’ roll music, don’t you “Right? You came to the right f– king’s place.”

Representatives for Grohl and Swift did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
